Linkin Park aka Linkin Narc called cops on Sublime With Rome over Marijuana

Linkin Park, who are set to release their new album next month, recently shared the stage with Sublime With Rome at KFMA DAY in Tucson, Arizona. But according to Sublime's Rome Ramirez, Linkin Park "called the cops" on the band over marijuana and also stated that they were “allergic to pot.” Rome then went on to say that the police came and took away their weed while they were on stage. (No arrests appear to have happened.)

Linkin Park’s Chester Bennington had a long history of struggling with drug addiction, so it’s not necessarily surprising that LP would take this sort of thing seriously. Sublime With Rome are currently working on a new album, the follow-up 2011′s Yours Truly, which set for a 2015 release. Linkin Park will release The Hunting Party on June 17 via Warner Bros.

Rome also call the band “Linkin Nark,” which is actually pretty funny. Check out some tweets from him below. (Also, you can watch footage of the band performing at KFMA, with plenty of smoke clouds, below.)

UPDATE: Linkin Park’s Mike Shinoda has now come out and said that LP did not call the cops on Sublime With Rome. Check out the tweets from Shinoda below:

and a video for fun too...
