The Animal Rescue League of Berks County, P.A., has a program called “Book Buddies” where children volunteer to read to sheltered cats. And it just might be too cute for the internet to handle. Via Reddit .
Earlier today, this photo was uploaded to Reddit by user Dagorlad and everyone on the site collectively "Awwed."
In just seven hours, the photo garnered over 4,000 upvotes and hit the No. 1 spot on Reddit's front page.

Not surprisingly, the increased traffic from Reddit crashed the Berks ARL website:
Reddit calls this "The Hug Of Death."
The point of the "Book Buddies" program is to encourage children to read while simultaneously comforting the cats, according to the website.
So it's really just a win-win.
