Ok, Hillary Clinton probably does not have "brain damage" per say, but she still could have some form of mental illness. Which would explain the 30 day hospital visit and her constant sun glasses obsession even indoors. Look at this photo of her inside wearing sun glasses while looking at her smart phone.
