Trump continues to deny any Russian involvement in the elections!
President-elect Donald Trump mounted a heated defense on Twitter Wednesday morning over new unsubstantiated allegations that Russia is in possession of personal and financial information that could prove compromising to his presidency.
The tweets came just hours before Trump is due to give a much-anticipated press conference where he was expected to discuss plans for his businesses post-inauguration. The press conference, held at Trump Tower, will now likely be dominated by questions relating to the unsubstantiated report.
Trump on Tuesday night called the stories "fake news," but escalated his argument this morning. He went after intelligence agencies for allowing the reports to leak to reporters, asking, "Are we living in Nazi Germany?"
