There are bad neighbors, and then there’s this guy.
Edmond Aviv, 62, lives in South Euclid, Ohio. He pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct in February.

Aviv was ordered to hold a sign in public for five hours on Sunday. The judge also stipulated that the sign's letters had to be large enough for someone to read from as far as 25 feet away.

"I AM A BULLY! I pick on children that are disabled, and I am intolerant of those that are different from myself. My actions do not reflect an appreciation for the diverse South Euclid community that I live in."
Aviv's been feuding with his neighbor, Sandra Prugh, for the past 15 years. Prugh said that Aviv shouted ethnic slurs at her adopted black children and spit on her several times.
