It looks like Twitter user @Claire is live-tweeting the process of giving birth. BuzzFeed reached out to Claire but she has not responded. I suspect this could be hoax.
When Twitter employee @Claire went into labor on Saturday, she naturally decided to live-tweet the entire process with the hashtag #inlabor.
